What is BIOBASED TPU?

Biobased TPU would replace common petrochemical raw materials by plant. Bio-material is made from fermentation vegetation. 
Moreover, vegetation is a recyclable natural resource which would carry out photosynthesis in growth process. 
Planting vegetation would absorb CO2 from air to balance the effect from the Green House Gases emission and a 
nice characteristic of environment. In order to reduce emission of Green House Gases, we manufacture 
Biobased TPU which is made from plant.

TUV (OK biobased) is currently the most authoritative bio-material certification mark in EU.  
CEN（CEN）“CEN / TS 16137：2011 establish calculation method for Determine the monomer, polymer, plastic material and Biobased carbon content. The 14C (CEN / TS 16137; US ASTM D6866) is the perfect way to measure Biobased carbon content of product or material. To identify biomass carbon and petrochemical source carbon, biomass carbon has distinctive carbon-14 content; however, petrochemical source carbon does not include carbon-14. By calculating rate of two type for Biobased content. In this standardize way, it could verify Biobased carbon content of product or material.

★★：Biobased 40%~60%；
★★★：Biobased 60%~80%；
★★★★：Biobased >80% (the highest level)

Biobased TPU hot melt adhesive

Biobased TPU hot melt adhesive is a thermoplastic polyurethane particle. It is made from plant fermentation derived. 
By processing into film and heated bonded to the substrate or using T-die extrusion, coating onto a substrate material for bonding.
The anchoring phenomenon during bonding, after hot pressing and cooling, the bonding would be completed shortly. 
It is a process of green environmental without solvent and advantageous to create a safe clean working environment without pollution.

In the future, we would continue rolling out different hardness, process temperature, Non-yellowing and various Biobased TPU products.
