In 2015, UN set 17 sustainable development goals (SDGS). Especially SDGS 13 Climate Action, it is still possible to limit warming to 1.5oC and reduce Green House Gases of value chain. For difficultly reducing remaining emission, the effect could be offset by permanent removing equal amount of CO2 from air. To achieve the object, corporations set a goal that all supply chain should reduce 30% CO2 emission in 2030; furthermore, net zero emission in 2050.

Biobased TPU would replace common petrochemical raw materials by plant. Bio-material is made from fermentation vegetation.

CEN“CEN / TS 161372011 establish calculation method for Determine the monomer, polymer, plastic material and Biobased carbon content. The 14C (CEN / TS 16137; US ASTM D6866) is the perfect way to measure Biobased carbon content of product or material. To identify biomass carbon and petrochemical source carbon, biomass carbon has distinctive carbon-14 content; however, petrochemical source carbon does not include carbon-14. By calculating rate of two type for Biobased content. In this standardize way, it could verify Biobased carbon content of product or material.

Biobased TPU hot melt adhesive

Biobased TPU hot melt adhesive is a thermoplastic polyurethane particle. It is made from plant fermentation derived. 
By processing into film and heated bonded to the substrate or using T-die extrusion, coating onto a substrate material for bonding.
The anchoring phenomenon during bonding, after hot pressing and cooling, the bonding would be completed shortly. 
It is a process of green environmental without solvent and advantageous to create a safe clean working environment without pollution.
